Joined up at Cromer aged 20 yrs 11 mths. 10th Dec 1915    -     KIA 18th Oct 1916.

 

Possibly at the Battle of the Transloy Ridges, 1 - 18 October 1916, part of the Battle of the Somme.

 

Son of James and Harriet Cowling, Little Barney.
